Jutite Xoagus, takes us through her journey at the Agra Omaruru branch.

Since she can remember, Xoagus never wanted to blend in, but rather stand out.

In 1995, Xoagus started at Agra and has not looked back.

She completed her secondary education at Success College through distance learning. Xoagus started as a shop assistant and was later promoted to the position of counter sales clerk.

After serving in the department, Xoagus went on to become a receiving clerk for Agra for two years. “Jutite started out as a cleaner/shelf packer. She was then promoted to cashier and then to chief cashier and branch administrator,” said Agra Omaruru branch manager Michael Steenkamp.

“I know Jutite since January 2016, when I was transferred to Omaruru Agra as manager. Jutite is very friendly and outgoing with co-workers and customers.”

Xoagus is driven and always strives to do her best in any position she's placed in. She gives more, does more and is more than just an employee.

“I always work to perfection and never leave any stone unturned.”

Her position requires her to always be honest and trustworthy, which is easy for her. She has won three long-service awards. “It has been 23 years and I still feel like giving my best, every day,” she says.

Xoagus is passionate about singing and playing netball in her spare time. She aspires to inspire and always be a leader.

She is very goal-orientated and precise in her work, and has a high standard of work ethics. Steenkamp said Xoagus is a good example of coming through the ranks at Agra, by being dedicated to each task given to her and always showing loyalty towards Agra and her career.
