Young love is a flame; very pretty, often very hot and fierce, but still only light, flickering and temping. With that said relationships are really not an important part of academics. You not having any goals causes you to loose focus of your studies.

When reaching your high school phase you encounter many obstacles as well as opportunities. Many new changes start taking place and you realize that subjects are not that easy anymore. It doesn’t even take a week for you to make friends and the next thing you realize is that you want to date just because your new friend is dating. You then go on looking for a girlfriend or boyfriend in order for to express you feelings, but little did you know that you are falling into a trap and leaving behind the most powerful weapon in life which is education.Yes its not wrong to date and no one stops you from dating, but your main focus must be your schoolwork..

You spend so much time on your phone chatting with your girlfriend or boyfriend instead of updating your books or reading through your notes.yes , you can be on your phone doing whatever you want to,but you need to make time for your books or you could use your phone as a study tool e.g. watching online videos related to school or having a group chat about a specific topic that you don’t understand, but we instead focus on the wrong things even if we know that it’s wrong.Sometimes you end up dating someone because you want something out of them, instead of doing such a bad deed you could date to try improve your results as well as your partners results. You could have a spot were you study with him or her.You must also learn to stay away from activities which are not meant for you.For some reason which many don’t know some teenagers date each other for the physical being or if they want to gain fame at school.

Creating a positive relationship with someone and encouraging them to work hard in school might change the persons attitude towards education. As the great Nelson Mandela said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”

A piece of advice and tips:
