Tribute to Leonora Beukes

Being part of a team and leaving the team with many unanswered questions doesn’t ring a bell. Our late Leonora Beukes started her high school journey in 2018 at Coastal High as a grade 8 leaner Leonora took part in many activities at school to the extent she even won Ms New comers not only that Leonora was a very wise in her school work Leonora was one of the top performers amongst the grade 8’s of that year. She only attended her grade 8to the second term only. Due to her circumstances and medical problems. Late Beukes was loved by her classmates (9b), they cherished her because they knew her medical problem. During her final exams she was hospitalized in Windhoek but her condition Leonora was a very happy person who cherished and enjoyed every moment of her of everyday she woke up. The Coastal Gazette approached few leaners to hear what they had to describe her as L-LOYAL E-EASY GOING O-OBDIENCE N-NON JUDEMENTAL O-OVERALL R-RESPECTALFUL A-ADROBLE B-BEAUTIFUL E-EMPATHIC U-UNIQUE K-KIND E-EASY GOING S-SWEET.

Leonora was a child full of visions who dreamed of being a productive Namibian citizen. I spotted her potential during the first term of 2018 says her class teacher Mr Pefinde her register class and Mathematics teacher.

Leonora had a leadership quality that described by her self-confidence, self-respect and respect she had for others. We grand Leonora opportunities to demonstrate her leadership quality in the second term of 2018, when we appointed her as a class captain. She executed her duties diligently. Her performance was good and a visibility contributed to her performance. The grade 9b witness that they have been keeping their little Leonora in prayers.

Her presence we miss, her memory we treasure, loving her always forgetting her never our dearest AISHA, NONI, BIBI. May her soul rest in eternal peace you are dearly missed and your spirit will forever be with us.
