HeadgirlCleopatra GeingosPeople thought that being a Headgirl would come with a red carpet and glamorous lifestyle, but in reality it was much more than that. Being a Headgirl taught me a lot of lessons and achievements that I will carry for the rest of my life. Some being powerful combination of leadership, impact and strengthening relationships between learners and teachers.My biggest role as a leader was to ensure that the learners followed the rules but there are some rules I’d modernize and review if I had the chance to, for instance the very strict rules regarding the appearance of the learners. I believe that rules should guide learners and not suppress us.My biggest support system was my leading successful LRC group and our LRC mothers. It’s rewarding to know that my voice mattered, made a difference and had an impact.

The brand also has a corporate publication called Careers Hub that focuses on careers in Namibia and a youth publication which covers youth and tertiary news.
