Austin Cameron, founder of Footsteps for Africa, today handed over a N$1 million hostel renovation at Eros Girl's School, as well as N$30 thousand worth of reusable pads.

He said that the renovated hostel, reflects not just a physical transformation but also symbolises the potential for future collaborations.

Furthermore: "We are eager to continue working closely with our partners to support upcoming projects, ensuring a sustained positive impact on the education sector," said Brian Black in a speech read on behalf of Hon. Laura McLeod-Katjirua.

He said that the African proverb, "It takes a village to raise a child", encapsulates the philosophy.

"This ethos underscores the importance of a collective effort in providing a safe and healthy environment for children. The collaborative journey embodies a commitment to the Namibian community and the ongoing support and contributions received not only signify a dedication to education but also reflect the shared values that unite us in building a brighter future for generations to come."
