From 17 to 20 July the Grade 10 and 11 history learners embarked on a memorable field trip to Lüderitz.

The excursion allowed learners to step out of their textbooks and experience Namibia’s history firsthand.

Sites visited included Kolmanskop, Diaz Point, Shark Island, Agate Beach, the Maritime Museum, the historic Felsenkirche, and the Goerke Haus. Each destination offered students a deeper understanding of the stories that have shaped Namibia’s past and continue to influence its present.
