Fillemon Auene is the owner of Quest Tours and Safaris, a transportation business with a passion for tourism. Established in 2018, the business creates youth employment opportunities and raises awareness on tourism in Namibia.

Auene started his career in tourism in 2014. His first job was a driver for a local transportation company. He then left after two years to work for a taxi service as a driver. His business seeks to make life simpler for tourists.

“My biggest motivator is simply myself,” he said, adding that where he comes from serves as motivation for where he wants to be.
