Rian Uusizi studies and tests various construction materials such as concrete, asphalt, metals, and soils. He is responsible for conducting experiments, analysing data, and ensuring the quality and durability of materials used in construction projects in Namibia. He is also a part-time lecturer, where he shares his knowledge and passion for engineering management with students. He contributes to the development of safer and more sustainable infrastructure while nurturing the next generation of engineering leaders through teaching and mentorship.
