A Place of Hearts

Finding your light
Curious about and fascinated by the link between mind, body, and spirit.

Henriette Lamprecht - Helpful and caring as a child, it was in her young adult years that she realised she had the ability to tap into the frequencies and emotions of the people around her. Antje Jaeger’s journey to the spiritual world began almost a decade ago when she started acting as a channel medium and spiritual health coach on a full-time basis.

Being strong, kind, and sympathetic, she’s also a shaman, energy healer, and life coach, incorporating her motto to “just be” into her own life as well as in her work with clients.

Her work has led her to be increasingly curious and fascinated by the mind, body, and spirit and how they interlink with each other, says Antje.

Her gift of being able to sense and analyse her clients’ difficulties - understanding and guiding them on their path of healing, has led to people from around the globe - including Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Australia, Great Britain, and the Netherlands - reaching out to her.

In Namibia, where she grew up, Antje is a household name in the esoteric and healing community - where she is known to be very humble, but very precise in her predictions. She works as a channel medium and spiritual life coach and also offers different workshops at her retreat, Place of Hearts.

After initially offering mainly one-on-one sessions, Antje wanted to share the message across a broader spectrum and decided to offer group workshops.

“The idea was to create a retreat for a weekend getaway. Finding the right place took some time as I was looking for a special place in nature, away from the city but also not too far,” Antje explains.

With the help of a farmer and a group of friends, she finally found a location. It had a rustic atmosphere and special energy with the many heart-shaped stones, holes in tree trunks, and even heart-shaped bird nests lending it to be aptly dubbed Place of Hearts.

She wants people to find their own light, says Antje.

“I went through many challenges in my life and realized how hard it was to be alone without having someone to guide you through them. I wanted to share this comfort.”

The retreats she offers for people from all walks of life over the age of 18 each have a different theme and focus - varying from couples, meditation and yoga, manifestation as well as animal communication.

“It broadens your horizon and helps you look ‘into’ yourself - learning new tools. You get to know yourself better, learn to heal and love yourself as well as receive guidance and tools to uplift your spirit. Shouldn't we all take our own healing into consideration more?” asks Antje.

The first retreat at Place of Hearts was held in November 2020 and was an interconnection course between nature and humans.

“It focused on the connection with nature on a soul level. We did a labyrinth walk, meditations, and feasted on vegetarian food, all in complete unity with nature. Those who attended described it as absolutely amazing and profoundly inspiring.”

She admits the Covid 19-pandemic has left people more disconnected - looking for a sense of purpose.

“More people are looking at alternatives because the ‘norm’ is not enough anymore, leaving them with a sense of disconnect.” – justbelight19@gmail.com
