MTC Windhoek Fashion Week celebrates a decade of style

The biggest event on Namibia’s fashion calendar wrapped up on Saturday after four days of fashion, culture and authentic style. Marking its 10th anniversary, MTC Windhoek Fashion Week once again delivered an exceptional showcase, featuring 45 designers, from College of the Arts students to renowned local creatives, alongside guest designers from Botswana, South Africa and Zambia. Day one paid homage to the Ovaherero tradition, with a stunning tribute to the Ovaherero and Himba through exquisite displays of their traditional attire, and took guests on a journey of how the traditional attire has evolved.
