Paratus appoints Graig as ESG chair

Staff Reporter - Paratus Namibia Holdings (PNH), a publicly traded company on the Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX), has appointed Reagon Graig as an independent non-executive director of the company and as the chairperson of the environmental, social and governance (ESG) committee.

Graig brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in business development, strategy and sustainability. He has worked in various sectors including energy, real estate, mining and agriculture.

In addition to the Paratus appointment, Graig is also the board chairman of Ongos Valley Development Company (Pty) Ltd and a director of Energy Partners (Pty) Ltd.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Economics) from the University of Cape Town, is passionate about social impact and environmental stewardship and has served on several boards and committees related to these causes.

Paratus Group CEO Schalk Erasmus described Graig as “a visionary leader who shares our values and vision of delivering innovative and quality services to our customers while creating positive impacts for our stakeholders and the environment”.
