My name is Moses Kaiyala, and I serve as the head boy of my school. I do not hold this position because I am perfect, but because I believe in perseverance, growth and leading by example. Leadership has taught me the importance of responsibility, humility and serving others with dedication.

I am inspired by struggle and resilience. I am inspired by the learner who walks long distances to school, by those who face challenges yet continue to work hard, and by a generation that dares to dream beyond its circumstances.

These everyday acts of courage remind me that true success comes through determination and hard work.

I believe we were not born to be average. We were born to lead, overcome obstacles and create opportunities for ourselves and those around us.

My message to fellow learners is to work harder than your excuses, stay disciplined, value your education and never stop believing in your potential.
