Kraken Chronicles
Before becoming president of the student council at ISWB, I thought I knew what it took to be a good leader. However, over time, I have learned that leadership involves many different qualities and responsibilities. It is not about bossing people around, but about being a steady source of support for others, listening more than speaking, and learning from both my mistakes and those of the people around me. Leadership means helping to create an environment where everyone feels supported, valued and encouraged to grow. It is an honour to serve my school in this way and to contribute to shaping not only better learners, but also the leaders of tomorrow.
