Being the head boy of Khomasura High School feels like carrying responsibility on my shoulders while having pride in my heart. The position comes with expectations, but also with an opportunity to make a positive difference in the school community.

As head boy, I have learnt that students look to me to lead by example, remain calm in challenging situations and speak up when it matters. One of my most important responsibilities is to act as a bridge between students and teachers, ensuring that learners feel heard while respecting the guidance of the school.

My time in this leadership position has taught me valuable lessons. I have learnt to listen twice as much as I speak, to serve rather than simply lead, and to focus on making Khomasura High School a better place for everyone.

Leadership is not always about having the loudest voice or being the person in charge. Sometimes, it means understanding the needs of others, offering support and making decisions that benefit the wider school community.

Looking back, being head boy has helped me grow in confidence, responsibility and maturity. It has shown me that true leadership requires patience, understanding and commitment.

Ultimately, I have learnt that leadership is not about being the loudest person in the room. It is about leading with a strong heart, a clear mind and a genuine willingness to serve others.
