Three Namibian youth rugby teams delivered highly impressive performances while competing in tournaments across South Africa.

The Grant Khomo u/16 team travelled to Durban for the Grant Khomo Rugby Week, where they played exceptionally well to finish the tournament with a well-balanced record of one win, one loss, and one draw.

Meanwhile, at the VKB Rugby Week tournament in Reitz, the VKB u/18 team showed great resilience by winning three of their five matches. Their individual talent was recognised during the event, with six of their players being selected for the VKB u/18 travelling team and an additional four players chosen for the VKB u/18 7s team.

The VKB u/16 team also competed in Reitz, outshining their competition by maintaining a perfect, undefeated record with three wins out of three games. To cap off their dominant campaign, three of the u/16 players were honoured with selections to the non-travelling VKB u/16 squad.
