Mariantha Fryer joins Capricorn as group brand manager

Capricorn Group has announced the appointment of Mariantha Fryer as group brand manager in its brand and corporate affairs department, effective 1 September.



Fryer brings nearly 25 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand building and communications across industries such as automotive, financial services, education and advertising. In a previous role, she served as head of brand marketing and creative services at Bank Windhoek, where she contributed to shaping the Bank Windhoek brand into the monolithic Capricorn brand.



Her experience includes digital marketing, public relations, user experience design and executive-level brand strategy. In her new role, she oversees the development and execution of integrated brand strategies, manages campaigns, ensures consistent messaging across subsidiaries and platforms, and strengthens the group’s visual brand language. She will also manage sponsorships and support stakeholder engagement initiatives.
