Interhigh already building up steam

The annual interhigh brings together the sports talent of Windhoek High School (the host for 2025) and Windhoek Gymnasium in another mouthwatering celebration of school spirit.

Hollard Namibia is the title sponsor of the interhigh that already got underway yesterday with chess and culture events.

The program for the next three days:



WEDNESDAY, 7 May 2025

• Cricket (T20) at United field: WHS U19 vs Gymnasium U19 (15:00); Old Scholars T20 match (18:00).

• Table tennis at WHS Small Hall: Girls competition table A B (14:30); Boys competition table A B (15:15).

• Squash at Wanderers Sport Club.

• Padel at Wanderers.



THURSDAY, 8 May 2025

• Official first-team captains photo shoot (09:00).

• Archery at WHS FNB Vegkop (14:00).



FRIDAY, 9 May 2025

• Big Brag from 08:00 at FNB WHS Vegkop Stadium. Theme: Clash of the Titans.

• Triathlon, a relay with a twist, at WHS after the Big Brag (± 11:30); swim approximately 250 metres, running on a challenging 2.5 km obstacle course, cycling on an urban course of approximately 10 km within and around WHS, finishing in style at Vegkop Stadium.

• Soccer at FNB WHS Vegkop: U15s at 13:00; U17s at 14:00; U19s at 15:30.

• Hockey, all matches at WHS Davin Astro (12:30–21:15).
