Being the head boy of Karibib Private School taught me a lot, as there were a bunch of obstacles that we as leaders had to overcome.

Here are a few things I took from the experience:

1. Listening attentively and understanding the situation before taking any action.

2. Being readily available.

3. Treating all learners the same.

4. Teamwork makes the dream work.



The overall experience was great.
