A head boy plays a crucial role in a school, representing the student body by being the link between learners and teachers. I had to develop some key qualities to make sure I can do this job properly. I had to improve my communication skills, become more reliable and responsible and learn how to inspire and guide others. While not perfect, I believe that I improved myself a lot to become an effective leader.
