Jana Duvenhage

“The Grade 11 camp. I had the opportunity to bond with my whole grade group, and I got to see people from a different perspective.”

Logan Blaauw

Mianka Steenkamp
Dancing for the sharks at the interhouse athletics, because dressing up and dancing are my two favourite things to do. I also enjoyed building school spirit. I have been waiting to be a “dirigent” since Grade 8!

Tamieka Makhubela
“The grade 11 camp. It was so much fun to socialise with people that I’ve never socialised with.”

Adriaan Boonzaaier

Alejandro Naobeb
“Playing for the first rugby team. It is a big achievement that I’ve been working hard for since Grade 9, preparing myself mentally and physically, trying to prove myself to my teammates, coaches and myself and striving to do better every day. ”

Japhet Kashiiwanhapo
“The 2023 Desert Sport Festival, when schools from South Africa and Zimbabwe came. I enjoyed the new competition and being challenged differently.”

Hilma Nepela
“Last year’s matric farewell dance. We, the Grade 11’s, were the hosts for the evening, and we took over the dance floor. This was so fun because I love dancing.”

Paris Strauss
“The Desert Sport Festival, because I supported my friends at their hockey matches and because I could spend time with my friends for the whole week with no school!”
