Andre Scriven - I like that it looks unique, like the N$30 and I hope that it is as durable, so that I can wash it by accident without damaging it. I just don't believe that it was necessary because we already have the N$30 and there were better ways to commemorate President Geingob. I will have to wait to see the note in person to form a proper opinion.

Joseph Kahandeka - I feel that this N$60 note is a commendable tribute to President Geingob. Beyond honouring his legacy, it highlights Namibia's future potential. The design emphasises elements that can spark opportunities for the nation's youth. By showcasing promising sectors and aspirations, the note becomes a symbol of hope and progress, inspiring younger generations to participate in building Namibia's future.

Abrie Fourie - I don’t like the new N$60 at all. The design does not look like it was well planned or thought out, and it lacks creativity. I also feel like the resources could have been used differently and there were other better ways to commemorate the late President Geingob.

Daniella Joubert - The introduction of the N$60 note serves as a fitting tribute to Hage Geingob's extensive 60-year public service. This commemorative banknote acknowledges his dedication and contributions to Namibia. It symbolises a forward-thinking approach, blending national pride with practical currency. The note’s design and issuance reflect a positive step in recognising significant figures and their impact on the nation's history and development.
